Double-sided charms include custom text (3 lines max, up to 12 characters per line.)

Photo Requirements:
Size: Anything above 1000px x 1000px is optimal.
Contrast between the Pet and the background/shadows results in cleaner, more defined lines in the engraving.
Forward facing images turn out best, though other angles are doable, as long as shadows cast on the face are minimal.
Allow 7-10 Business days for production, shipping and delivery.
